It works great over neon orange, white, black and red. It is really easy to apply and it dries in no time. It also lasts forever on the nails. As with all glitter polishes it is pretty hard to remove, but pure acetone is the go-to product for the job. When the base nail polish is fully dry, the Spotted nail lacquer glides easily on top and it dries quickly. I use the Spotted nail polish to create many different styles. I tend to buy L.A Girl nail lacquers when Dischem has 3 for 2 promos. The bottle and look of the nail polish, looked really cool so I was quite excited to see how it would look. I was disappointed and I felt the application was not easy, and it tended to bulk up in areas (the glitter/spot parts) and personally I felt that it did not give a smooth finish. All in all, I think overall look of it appeared rather cheap. I suppose someone with more experience and practice could make this work, but for me it did not.
