It is meant to be very moisturising from the description on the package. The color is a nude but runs more on the dark side. I think it would be a perfect nude for people with dark skin. I can still use it for my fair comlexion if I apply it in a thin sheer layer. The color was not the problem. When you pay so much for a lipstick you expect it to be moisturising if it says so. In reality it wasn't the case. After half hour of wear you start feeling the drying effect. Also I found the aroma of the lipstick a bit overpowering and it also smells exactly like L'oreal lipsticks.
