I cannot emphasize enough how dry my under eye area is, so I apply this over my eye cream and it is super hydrating. Perfect for applying in the evenings, allowing it to soak up over night and then again in the mornings before makeup - ensuring those creases are completely plumped out. It is really pricey, but you get 30ml and you use extremely little and it spreads for miles.
