With this face wash I couldn't actually care if it did or not because it just does its job so well. after washing my face for the first time with this product I could already see the results. My skin is so clean and smooth. Considering its an oil - dont jump to the conclusion that it will make your skin oily as a result. It just gives a perfect cleansed and fresh effect.

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/29346/ Am I the only person who had a not so great experience with this product?
I bought this 2 weeks back because it is winter and I need a cleanser that will not dry out my skin. Seeing all these fantastic reviews of course I went to go buy it with no doubt that I will be satisfied with it. Now it is sitting in my bathroom mirror looking pretty in all it's blue glory.
Pros:> It does not leave my skin feeling dry after use.
>works ok when not removing make up but just using it as a cleanser.
Cons: I am not happy with the smell, I can't describe it but it is not pleasant.I have to hold my breath in when massaging it on my face.
>The 3 times I have used it to remove foundation did not work out well. I massaged the oil on my face took a bit of water and massage again to get the milky texture, rinsed and I ended up having sticky foundation on my face. The 4th time I massaged it in my face, took a bit of water and then wiped it off my face.
>I find that I still had to wash my face again to make sure it is clean or I will witness some of the foundation on a cotton pad when applying toner.
I think the product works fine if you have to do double cleansing or using it as an emollient. I wish I had a better experience. ]]>Wed, 18 May 2016 09:27:15 +0000

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/28471/ So since my normal make up remover was discontinued I decided to try the Lipidol cleansing oil. I am very picky when it comes to skincare as my skin is a bit sensitive. I’ve been using this one for about 3 weeks and I absolutely love it. It removes all the make-up in one application and leaves nothing behind!! Mascara use to be an issue as the cleansing part was tricky; I hated the dark stains under my eyes after cleansing. With Lipidol everything is removed including the mascara.
I’ve also had an issue with what to use to clean my make-up brushes. The foundation brush specifically as the liquid foundation builds up on the brush. I decided to put some of the oil in my hand and rub my foundation brush through it, well what do you know! The make-up washed right out. The brush washed out clean and the brush texture remained the same. Normally my brushed go hard when washing it with a normal soapy substance, but the Lipidol oil did wonders for keeping my make-up brushes clean and soft.

But i guess i was feeling brave and decided to test it on my neck, then the next day went to my chin, then my cheek, then half my face and eventually my whole face and boy was i surprised when i had no allergic reactions! This oil is amazing! It removed all my make up (including mascara which is such a challenge to remove), it doubled up as a "face wash" because i felt it didnt strip my skin like the face wash i was using, my skin was hydrated, fresh, and i needed no extra moisturiser like i usually do. My skin looked so great that my colleagues kept asking if i was pregnant because i was glowing! And they went out to clicks to get a bottle for themselves. Im totally in love with this product and il def but another bottle when this one is finished. I reccommend that everyone, especially those who wear make up, try this! https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27840/ I absolutely love body oils and trying a new face oil was exciting but a little scary for me.
Firstly I love the packaging!! I love that it is simple; you can see what you are buying and that it is not in a carton box like most products are. They normally last a few days and then I find myself throwing the carton box out.
The Face oil is a light blue colour and the product has an amazing light Rosemary and Niaouli scent. It is not overpowering or anything, and if you aren’t about product scent, then you will be fine.
After applying the product like instructed and then rinsed my face with warm water (THREE EASY STEPS), my skin felt soft, silky and OMG, NOT OILY AT ALL.
My skin felt incredibly clean and moisturised. I didn’t even feel the need to put on moisturiser. I used a face wipe to test if it really removed everything – and it did!! There was NO RESIDUE LEFT; the face wipe came back absolutely clean. What about the tough waterproof mascara and eyeliner?? …It removed it perfectly and my eyes didn’t itch or anything.
I absolutely love this product and it has definitely become a new staple in my skincare routine.
A MUST-HAVE product that is also a budget buys at only R79.95 at selected Clicks stores.
I absolutely love body oils and this one didn’t disappoint at all! It absorbs easily into the skin and leaves it feeling soft and hydrated. I find it’s especially great for post-shaving as it nourishes and protects too. Plus it isn’t scented, which is great as it doesn’t interfere with one’s fragrance. It leaves a slight sheen on the skin but it isn’t oily or greasy.
Definitely, one of my new MUST HAVES!

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27837/ I didn’t know just how badly I needed to change my skin cleansing routine until I tried Lipidol Cleansing Oil.
Unlike what most oils have tended to do, Lipidol did not leave my skin feeling sticky or clogged, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Lipidol was rather soft and nourishing. I also didn’t’ feel any need to put on moisturiser afterwards and my face felt soft, clean and rejuvenated.
All make up was moved with ease – even the tough eyeliner and mascara stains I often struggle with.
It truly exceeded my expectations and is definitely a product I would buy again in the future and incorporate into my daily skin care routine. It is also fairly priced for the size of the product – each use only needs a small application and the after effects are well worth it. ]]>Mon, 15 Feb 2016 05:53:33 +0000

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27822/ I was excited about reviewing this product as I have a very dry skin. The idea of combining oil with a cleanser was appealing to me.
First of all it looks beautiful. That gorgeous blue in that naked bottle really works.
I used 3 criteria to rate the product and this is my experience:
1. How it makes my skin feel
Amazing! None of that super stretchy feeling after cleansing my face. I did however have to moisturise after using it. My skin in very dry and I think this will give it that extra nourishment that it needs.
2. Ease of use
It is easy to use but it is different from what I am used to. You have to apply it on a dry skin and many times I wet my face out of habit. When you are conscious of it though it is easy to use
3. Does it actually work
I’m afraid this area did not fare so well with me. I use liquid eyeliner on most days and it struggles to remove it. Unless you massage your eye area for quite some time and if you get any of this product in your eyes it burns like CRAZY.
The verdict: I am now using this product in the morning because I love how it makes my skin feel.

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27821/ It's been a good 10 days for me, I have been exclusively using the Lipidol cleansing oil on my face removing everyday makeup, sweat and makeup mixtures from gym and the general day to day dirt and grime built ups.
There are many things I love about Lipidol the first being the convenience of apply, wash and voila hydrated skin no harsh stripping. Of these 10 days I have experienced wonderful changes to my usually combination skin, I have oily areas around my nose, forehead, cheeks and chin which I control using blotting/translucent powders. I kid you not, from day 3 with Lipidol the good oils started to work together balancing out the natural oils in my skin. I use the Lipidol twice a day morning and evening cutting the cleansing routine in half leaving more time to 'wing that liner'.
I'm really all for convenience and Lipidol has given me just that.
I would really recommend the use of Lipidol cleansing oil to women with oily skin either for daily use or to use as a treatment for a period until your skin gets to the balance you desire. I'm totally happy with the new feel.
Oil and water don't mix, that's an old wives tale darling, Lipidol Cleansing oil is a definite keeper in my books.
Next I will be introducing my clients to this product, as a budding makeup artist I think I'm going to start using the oil on my clients as a light treatment before we start beating on the highlights!

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27794/ One of my favorite cleansing methods is the oil cleanse. If you haven't heard of the 'oil cleansing method' before, click the link below for a quick all you need to know about the oil cleansing method.
http://www.theoilcleansingmethod.com/
Now that you know what the oil cleansing method is & how to do it, you've probably already figured the disadvantage to it.. Right? It's time consuming! Don't get me wrong, I love it, but it isn't really the ideal method of removing your makeup quick and easy after a long night when all you can think about is getting some beauty sleep! Not to mention all the muslin cloths that need to be used after every cleanse.
When I was offered to do a review on the Lipidol Cleansing face oil, I was indeed very keen. The Lipidol range comes from the South African beauty product Bio-Oil. There products are suitable for sensitive skin, non-comedogenic ( they don't block your pores) and very affordable as every product in their range retails for R80.00 at selected Clicks stores.
Lipidol aims to bring oils into your daily skincare routine so that the skins natural oils isn't stripped away and you're not left with tight dry skin in the end. Lipidol contains ingredients such as Roseship oil, pomegranate seed oil that has high antioxidant properties, as well as Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin E among many other wonderful skin loving ingredients.
What really caught my attention about the Lipidol Face Cleansing oil is that it promises to emulsify when mixed with water on the skin and then simply rinse off! I couldn't imagine an oil rinsing off so easily
Soon after I had received this product in the mail, I decided to give it a try. I applied the oil to my face and massaged it well so that the oil binds with the dirt and makeup that is on my skin, thereafter I wet my hand and massaged my skin further. The oil then turned into a watery milky texture and I simply rinsed it off. ALL my makeup was taken off in one simple step which took me no longer than 3 minutes! After patting my skin dry, the Lipidol Face Oil left my skin feeling smooth, supple and most importantly, clean! Something I don't usually achieve with the regular oil cleansing method I had previously used ( I had to cleanse my skin again to get that fresh, oil free feeling).
My final verdict: this product is well worth it! I will most definitely be purchasing this when I run out.
*Please note that this product was sent to me, however, the review I have done on it is my personal opinion and in no way influenced by the company* ]]>Mon, 08 Feb 2016 10:40:57 +0000

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27793/ After receiving this Face Oil I actually wasn't convinced as I love my foam. For me, anything that doesn't foam just does not work - this includes shampoos, body washes, etc. I was convinced that as long as it does not foam, the it does not work. But I gave this a try anyway because quite honestly, I had nothing to lose.
I thought it was just gonna be a slap of grease on my face, especially because it was pure oil. Boy was I wrong! It kind of reminded me of baby oil - I followed the instruction to the tee - poured some oil onto my dry hands, massaged my face, added a bit of water after a while, watched the cream foam develop, massaged again, rinsed off and then blotted my face dry.
The first time I used it was after a very heavy night of partying and sweating - and I had the tell-tale "panda-eyes" from a heavy night. My mascara had actually bled onto my face (guess I need to look for a stay-put mascara next) LOL, Because on application, it immediately made my skin soft, I actually went on and applied it on the delicate eye area to remove my smoky eye shadow, dark liner and heavy mascara. Although we've been told that this is a no-go area, the oil just felt so pure, I just couldn't resist using it in the eye area, especially since it didn't require much rubbing. The make-up sort of bonded with the oil on application.
I have since used the oil at least 7 times, alternating between my usual cleanser.
With each use, my skin felt like a baby's fresh bottom afterwards (and you know how soft baby bottoms are). I've also never felt the need to use any moisturiser afterwards, especially since I used it with my evening bath. The skin was silky, beautiful, and definitely didn't have any tight feeling afterwards.
It truly has lived up to it's expectations. In actual fact, it's gone beyond what I expected!
Lipidol Face Oil is definitely worth it, and even if they doubled the price (shhhh), I'm adding it to my winter skin regime!
I absolutely love it! Thank you BB for yet another awesome product. ]]>Mon, 08 Feb 2016 09:35:54 +0000

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27790/ Hi everyone!
I have been using the Lipidol cleansing oil for just about 2 weeks now, and my first impression of this oil was a big, fat, LOVE! It removes makeup very well (even waterproof mascara, although it burns like a you-know-what if you get it in your eyes) it leaves skin feeling soft, smooth and hydrated. It doesn't strip your skin, but it also doesn't leave your skin feeling oily. My skin doesn't feel tight after using it, but I could feel I needed to moisturize afterwards.
After about a week of using it, I noticed my skin was breaking out a little bit, especially on my nose, forehead and jawline. As someone with very sensitive and problematic skin, I am very nervous to continue using this product, but I am going to stick it out for another week or two and see if my skin worsens or improves :)
If you don't have particularly bitchy skin, that takes out it's mood swings on you in the form of pimples, I'm sure you will LOVE this oil. ]]>Sat, 06 Feb 2016 17:44:30 +0000

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27789/ The first time I used the Cleansing Oil was not great, I got foundation all over the bathroom sink and oil in my eyes. I looked terrible but I was on a mission to get this right! It's been a week and a half and I have mastered the art of removing my makeup the Lipidol way.
Every day in the evening I take a few drops of the Lipidol Cleansing Oil and rub it on my face, here the dirt and the day's makeup binds with the oil and lifts off my skin. I then go ahead and add a little water to my hands and massage my face a bit more, then rinse my face.
My face is left soft, supple and so smooth. I'ts amazing at how moisturised my skin feels. The Cleansing Oil doesn't strip the natural oils of my skin and this is very important for as I have oily skin and still want my skin to get the nutrients it needs. I have converted now to using the Lipidol Cleansing Face Oil every day that the normal face wipes I used, because the Lipidol Cleansing Oil is much quick to use and I don't have to first use a wipe and then wash my face, which can be a harsh for my skin.
The Cleansing Oil effective removes my waterproof mascara and lipstick every day without leaving my eyes or lips stained.
Don't forget to check out my review on demo on video!

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27788/ Let me just start by saying that taking my makeup off after a long day has never been this easy. Even with wet wipes, makeup remover and a good foaming facewash, I have never before received the results I have from Lipidol.
I used Lipidol for about a week to remove my daily makeup and I put it through rigorous testing by wearing way heavier makeup than I usually would wear. I was so surprised when Lipidol removed my waterproof mascara and eyeliner with no aggressive rubbing around my eye area – anything to prevent wrinkles.
Lipidol really exceeded my expectations of an oil based cleanser to be used as a makeup remover. It felt strange when applying however after washing it off completely, my skin felt clean and supple. It also leaves a healthy glow as it doesn’t remove the skins natural oily layer.
I was so sure that my skin didn’t feel dry or dehydrated after using Lipidol that on most days I wouldn’t even use a moisuturizer on my face. Which means it replaced my makeup remover, cleanser and moisturizer – the ultimate lazy girl product.
I’ve already recommended Lipidol to so many of my friends and I know that this is a product that will always be in my cosmetic bag ?

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27787/
https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27787/ When it comes to my skin and beauty regime, I prefer to keep it as simple, as natural and as nourishing as possible. I have a combination skin and I find it so difficult to by face care products because most brands mostly cater for oily or dry skins. Those that claim to cater for combination skins having difficulty striking the balanced of leaving my skin cleansed yet nourished, soft and smooth!
My experience with most make up removal products is they they often strip my skin of it's natural oils, leaking it dry, tight and cracking, especially the wet wipes. Or you find products that are cream or oil based which are more gentle, but don't remove all the make-up and you have to end up using a lot of product to get the desired result- which makes buying these products expensive yet not effective.
Hence I was very exited when I received the opportunity to try Lipidol. I had seen it at Clicks stores where I do my monthly cosmetic shopping, but was skeptical because I didn't know the brand or how the oils worked. So I tried it out and here it goes!
How does my skin feel-?Soft, smooth, nourished and loved.
Did Lipidol Facial Cleansing Oil live Up to my expectations? It exceeded my expectations! My make up removal process is so much easier, the oil is gentle on my face yet removes the make up and dirt! And leaves me with a lasting feeling or nourished skin, that looks and feels healthy and happy.
Is this an oil cleanser that binds oil material and gently dissolves impurities, without removing skins natural oily layer? Yes! It softened the foundation, powder, blush, eye shadow, eye liner, lipstick and mascara off my face. I didn't have to use a lot of product to achieve the desired effect and what I enjoyed as well is using it on days when I didn't wear foundation. Such days I would wear BB cream only or no make up at all and it still played the role of forming a base before I apply BB cream and removing the BB cream or just removing dirt on my face. This is when I discovered that it was not just a make up remover!
Did I feel the need to put on moisturizer after use or did your skin feel oily? Not at all! The reason why i had started to use Cream based make-up removers and face cleansers is because I was looking for a product that offered a 2 in 1 effect. Removes make up and dirt and also nourishes skin. So this product was perfect for my needs.
Overall I really enjoyed using Lipidol, it's a product that has various uses and fits into my lifestyle and needs. I am impressed that it comes from Bio-Oil, I wish they would mention it in their advertising as I think more woman would warm up to trying and trusting the brand. At the end of February I intend purchase and try out the rest of their range.
With Love

But I tried it. At first when I applied it to my skin it was just oily and I thought "Why?". So I followed the instuctions wet my hands and with my wet hands rubbed all over my skin... WOW!! It becomes milky like a cleanser and you can actually see the make-up coming off. I especially saw it with some of the drops falling in the basin, it was the colour of my foundation. It is amazing how you can see your make-up coming off. When I rinsed the product and make-up off with water everything was off even my waterproof mascara, and the best part it doesn't burn your eyes after you have rinsed it off before you wipe your face clean, I of course followed the rest of my facial routine, tone and moisturize. My skin wasn't oily and best of all it wasn't dry. The next morning my skin was as soft as a babies skin. I would definately recommend this to anyone its really amazing this product. After a few days of use my skin didn't even break out, wich in my eyes is amazing, as being a beautician I know that usually happens when you use a new product.. https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27785/ From the makers of Bio oil you just know this product is going to be good! ;)
I was a bit relectent to put oil on my blemish prone skin but I've been using this for a few days now and it hasn't seem to aggravate my skin at all! :)
Here's what I think about the product:
-How does my skin feel? Well I thought it would feel oily and clogged up but wow was I wrong! It feels refreshed and so super moisturized!
-Did Lipidol Facial Cleansing Oil live Up to my expectations? Absolutely! I never thought I'd enjoy putting oil on my face!
- Is this an oil cleanser that binds oil material and gently dissolves impurities, without removing skins natural oily layer?
It certainly removed the bb cream, concealer and lipstick off my face completely! The makeup came off so easily I hardly had to rub.
I have a very sensitive eye area so I didn't attempt to go over the eye area, I didn't have mascara on either. It was so gentle on the skin and definitely didn't feel like it was "stripping" my face of the natural oils.
-Did I feel the need to put on moisturizer after use or did your skin feel oily? Oh no way!! This is the most moisturized my dehydrated skin has ever felt! No need for moisturizer AT all afterwards. :) It's almost like a cleanser/moisturizer in one! Amazing and super convenient on the go! Did I mention the most amazing base for a layer of foundation? My foundation went on like a dream after I used this oil!
All and all I can say I was definitely impressed!
I would definitely recommend this product for ladies who don't want to spend hours removing their oil based makeup!
A lovely product! X

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27784/ The Lipidol Face Cleansing Oil has become a core part of my skin care regime.
For only R79.90, its value for money and it is effective.
I use it everyday in the morning and at night.
I use it in the morning to create a smooth and fresh canvas for my makeup and I use it at night to remove the makeup that I've had on the entire day.
The face oil is great because it is not messy, it is easy to use and you see the results immediately after you rinse your face because it leaves your face feeling fresh and rejuvenated, as it should after using a cleanser. It is affordable and the average woman is able to purchase it as it is available at Clicks and there are Clicks stores nationwide. Should one wish to purchase the entire range, they would also be able to do so because of the price range and value for money. Thank you to Beauty Bulletin and Lipidol for sending this miracle oil my way. ? ]]>Fri, 05 Feb 2016 13:03:40 +0000

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27783/ For years now I’ve been struggling to find a decent make-up remover that doesn’t dry out my skin or leave streaks of mascara running down my face and most importantly – doesn’t cost an arm and a leg! Well, I believe I have now discovered the Holy Grail of make-up removers! LIPIDOL!!!
I wont lie, I was a bit hesitant to apply an oil to my face as I have combination skin and the last thing I need is oily skin that is bound to attract a series of breakouts.
In a nutshell, Lipidol is a beauty oil from the creators who blessed us mommies with bio-oil. It binds with dirt and make-up that is also oil based and removes it in a few easy steps – think of it as a mini facial right at home!
I found Lipidol to be extremely gentle on my skin and left my face feeling rejuvenated! And the smell is heavenly! I’ve heard others say that it smells like ‘nothing’ but I beg to differ. I use mine before I go to bed and it’s a beautiful thing falling asleep accompanied by the smell of chamomile and spearmint. Mmmmmm!
All I did was massage the oil with dry hands onto my dry face using circular motions. I then added a little bit of water and continued to massage my face while the oil turned into a soft watery cream. I then rinsed my face with luke-warm water and dabbed my face with a towel, revealing a fresh and make-up free face! The best part is it removed my Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade from my eyebrows which is highly waterproof and normally takes me a few separate washes to get rid of , AND i didn't feel the need to drown my skin in moisturizers either.
I definitely recommend this to anyone who’s tired of going through bottles of toner and scrubs that still leave you with a thin layer of make-up on your clean towel. Its available exclusively at clicks for just R79.95 – You can thank me later! *Wink Wink* ]]>Fri, 05 Feb 2016 12:24:10 +0000

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27782/ How has Lipidol Facial Cleansing Oil left your ski looking and feeling after use?
I love my foundation and waterproof mascara but taking them off at night is a dreaded task or was a dreaded task until I started using Lipidol Facial Cleansing oil a week ago. Not only have I started using the cleansing oil in the morning before I put on my makeup to make my skin feel refreshed and soft but I also use it at night to remove my stubborn waterproof mascara. Every night I look forward to just smearing this amazing oil on my face and watch it as it removes all traces of make up without any effort, in just two days of use my skin was feeling extra smooth and I had a clear complexion.
Regardless of any skin type Lipidol Facial Cleansing oil does live up to its expectations. To someone who always has an oily t zone, using an oil cleanser would be like adding more to the oil but what I love about this cleansing oil is that after you apply it to your dry face all you have to do is wet your hands then rub them together to create a creamy texture that you will slather on your face, rinse with lukewarm water and that’s all there s to a clean, bacteria free skin in less than 5 minutes. Lipidol Cleansing face oil removed all the waterproof mascara I like to apply every day with less effort
Did you feel the need to put on moisturiser after use or did your skin feel oily?
After every use of the cleansing oil my skin would feel soft to the touch and really moisturised, there was no trace of any make up left and my skin was not even oily, I believe people of all skin types should try this. So I would definitely recommend this to anyone. ]]>Fri, 05 Feb 2016 12:23:11 +0000

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27780/ So, I got it. I tried it. I used it. I'm sold. I'm very particular about the products I use for my face. And as a normal to oily skin person, its hard to find a cleanser that doesn't leave my face feeling dry after wash. Lipidol Cleanser kept its promise. My skin wasn't dry or feeling as though I had washed with buckets of soap. It even removed my waterproof mascara. I have very sensitive eyes which usually means I have to rub with any cleanser to get the mascara off.
At the moment its Summer, so I choose my make up days because its hot, i sweat, my skin gets oily and I feel that my overall game face is compromised. I've decided to keep Lipidol in my bag for those moments where I feel Ive had enough of make up. I just pop into the bathroom wherever I am, wash my face and remove it. The great thing about this, is that I don't have to carry my moisturiser and depending on how I feel after the wash, I may re-apply my make up.
I also love the fact that it doesn't strip my skin of its natural oil layer whereas at night, I'm not as lazy to remove my make up before I go to bed. It also works wonderfully with my moisturizer and sunscreen.
I've recommended it to my mom since she also has an oily skin. We love the fact that it keeps our faces clean and fresh after wash but not stripped.

Lipidol Cleansing Face oil is amazing . You only need a few drops of this amazing oil. Run it in your hands then massage it into your skin, within a few seconds all the makeup longwear and waterproof included bonds with the oil , gently wet your hands and massage until it becomes a milky foam then just rinse off! Its that simple!
Because this is an oil based product with plant oils it is gentle on my skin but ruthless on my makeup!
I have recomended it to all my clients who love makeup but hate effort of taking it off!

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27777/ I want to start off by mentioning that Lipidol Cleasing Oil, is truly amazing!
When I first received it, I was a bit nervous to try it out just because I thought it was going to leave my skin feeling and looking oily (since I have an oily T-zone) but boy was I wrong! This cleansing oil did exactly the opposite and left my skin feeling GORGEOUS, and looking radiant and hydrated! I am obsessed!
Another Great thing about it is, that it is so quick to use, I mean the whole procedure takes me a 2 minutes and that's pushing it! It is so quick and so effective, which is what I also loved about it!
I also liked the fact that it didn't burn my eyes, and my eyes are usually so sensitive to things like this, but with this product it didn't affect my eyes at all, not even a bit!
I recommend this product 100% just because it is so affordable ( R79.95 at Selected Clicks Stores) and again it is so effective, and it will last you a good 2-3 months since you only need a little bit, and a little bit goes a very long way with this product!
How to use it:
1 - Put a little bit onto dry hands
2- Apply it to your dry face
3- Massage it all over your face
4- Add a tiny little bit of water to your hands
5- Continue Massaging your face (You will see the oil emulsify and turn into a watery cream)
6- When you feel that it is enough, rinse it off and dry your face (If you want, You can totes walk around with a wet face)
You see,
It is so easy!! I can't stress that enough!
So yes, I HIGHLY recommend this product!! ]]>Fri, 05 Feb 2016 07:01:37 +0000

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27776/ I know it sounds a little weird cleansing "Oil"...having put to the test the Lipidol Oil i have to admit i am impressed. Our skin is exposed to the weather, air pollution, is hidden behind make-up and some small dirt particles that we do not see with our naked eyes during the day, it is important that we cleanse out all these and allow the pores to breathe.
It is also vital that while we are in the process of cleansing we do not over cleanse instead use products that will gentle clean the skin and balance its natural state and oils.
Lipidol Cleansing Oil contains vital essential Oils that thoroughly cleanse the skin and balance the content of our natural oils without leaving a dry stretchy face. This Cleansing Oil is easy to use (massage a few drops of the oil to your face, blend in a few drops of water foaming an emulsion and gentle massage & rinse off with cold water), eye friendly (does not irritate the eyes) and budget friendly.

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27775/ Using the Lipidol Cleansing Face Wash is easy, you only need a little bit the oil on dry hands which you then message into the skin, if you feel like you need more then use more (a little really does go a long way). Once you have worked and massaged the product into the skin giving it enough time to bind the excess oil and dirt and makeup on your face, you then dampen your hands or add a little water and massage your face further and watch as the oil emulsifies and produces a light/watery cream. You then rinse you face and you are good to go (for some reason I keep wanting to say 'Bob's your uncle' lol). EASY!
1) How has Lipidol Facial Cleansing Oil left your skin looking and feeling after use?
Answer - Supple, a little soft with a feeling of being clean but not dry or oily - it felt good. The skin had a glow, I would say that the skin look moisturised to a degree if that will describe it better.
2)Did Lipidol Facial Cleansing Oil live up to your expectations and is it truly an oil cleanser that binds oil material and gently dissolves impurities, without removing your skins natural oily layer?
Answer: Yes, yes and yes. I didn't have any high expectations but it left me more than satisfied. It is gentle enough to use daily as well as twice if you feel like you need to. Because I do sometimes aim for full coverage with my makeup, I did feel like I had to wash twice to ensure all makeup was removed. But my natural oil layer was still in tact.
3)Did it remove all your makeup, especially the tough waterproof makeup? Yes depending on how much make up used. It did remove my water proof mascara which is great. Using cotton pads to remove the creamy film is also an option but not really necessary - I would rather wash twice, rinse and pat dry.
4)Did you feel the need to put on moisturizer after use or did your skin feel oily?
Answer: No, I did not feel the need to put on moisturizer, the skin did not feel like it needed it, it felt good and balanced. (I would just use moisturizer as a personal preference). No, my skin did not feel oily at all
Overall, a really good addition to my skin care regimen. ]]>Fri, 05 Feb 2016 05:31:38 +0000

It removes make up off your face without leaving your skin too dry or too oily. It cleansed my skin and left me with a natural glow every time I used it.
I do however recommend using a separate eye make up remover just too make sure you get rid of the waterproof eyeliners and mascara that you may have on. The Lipidol is not strong enough to remove those completely.
Apart from that, I will most definitely be recommending it to my friends and family, especially once they see how much my skin has improved. ]]>Thu, 04 Feb 2016 20:17:05 +0000

Made sure I used it right there and then not forgetting my before selfie. For the next three days I was so diligent with it I washed my face in the morning and in the evening before bed. One thing I noticed after the first wash though was that it left tingling sensation all over my face. But I just thought that was it working its magic and removing the grime off of my face. And gradually I noticed a fine rash developing on my precious face. One thing I can attest to is that this oil most definitely did not leave my skin feeling dry. So in all the things that can be said about Lipidol, keeping its promise of moisture is definitely top priority. https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27763/ ?Cleansing Face Oil?? Finding out that a cleansing oil actually does exist left puzzled I've tried cream cleansers and water cleansers before but never before have I heard of a cleansing oil before.
Lipidol is a brand I don't really know much about besides the sunscreen oil that I have used a few times and been enjoying I love the fact that their products seems to be oil based with works fantastic for dehydrated skin like mine. Lately my skin has been in a whirl wind of issues the heat has messed up my skin no traces of having dry skin during this insane heat waves South Africa has been facing.
So how does the Lipidol Cleansing Face oil work? Lipidol advises you to apply this cleansing face oil to a completely dry face - massaging the oil with your hands with a bit of water. The oil binds with dirt and make up that's left on your face that is also oil based. The oil and water emulsifies and turns into a watering cream formula. Just rinse and then you should be ready to go!
I find that most cleansers I have used in the past always left my face feeling tight and dried out - because this cleanser from Lipidol is oil based it doesn't strip my face from any healthy oils my skin generates and it leaves my face feeling refreshed without that dried out prune feeling.
For only R79.95 at any Clicks stores this is a product I would definitely recommend it has done wonders with my dry skin, every oil my skin generates is valuable in keeping my face feeling hydrated and the Lipidol Cleansing face oil does a fantastic job in looking in the moisture where I need it.

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27762/ So this is not my first time using a cleansing oil however this is by far the most superior of the lot.
First impressions; basically it has a clean fresh fragrance (I love great smelling products) it does not feel one hundred percent oily which is also great especially if you a first time user.
How to use: Well best way to use it is to put a little product in dry hands and apply to a dry skin, the oil binds with dirt, makeup etc and lifts it off the skin. Then you apply a little bit of water and emulsify, the oil then becomes milky, you can then rinse off and with that you will remove ALL makeup, waterproof mascara etc. I think that probably is my favorite part as I usually have to use an additional eye makeup remover as when I wear makeup....it's a lot and usually waterproof, so with the Lipidol Cleansing Facial Oil I was able to apply that over the eyes and remove it without any burning or irritation.
I would usually apply a night cream or serum after cleansing as my skin would feel like it needed it, but with this oil I did not have that feeling at all. My skin felt clean and comfortable.
All that been said I would definitely re-purchase this product, definitely recommend to friends, and think it would work great on ant skin type really, even oily because oil balances oil.
Thank you Beauty Bulletin for this amazing product.

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27754/ A little bit of magic in a bottle.
I was so excited when I heard I had to review Lipidol. It's a range I've walked past a thousand times and contemplated. I am a beautiful therapist by profession so I test a lot of product. I've tried similar concepts bit all are precLeabsent products.
Lipidol is different and it does as it says.
The product is an oil which prevents the skins natural oil barrier from being stripped leaving the skin soft and hydrated with no feeling of tightness.
Best of all my make up which is a long lasting foundation and waterproof mascara was removed 100 percent..
To use the product you only need a tiny amount which you massage over the skin. Then apply water and massage into a lightly foamy film which causes the oil dirt and makeup to stick to the product therfore removing it.
Not only is the packaging eye catching due to its minimalistic appearance but it's a nice budget range at R79.00 for all the products in the range. Which consists of 6 including body and sunscreen .
Lastly bits a nice travel size which for me is a plus as I Find you always battle these days with restrictions.

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27753/ I was lucky to be chosen by Beauty Bulletin to review Lipidol cleansing oil. Itshego@artjamming.co.za a product I've been eye out for a while but wasn't sure about. I have used a imitation products on the market but all where a pretty cleanse oil.
Firstly I Love the Minimalistic packaging .
Secondly I am a long lasting foundation weater and waterproof mascara . So for me it had lotsome to live up to and boy did it deliver.
Being an oil based most people will over look this range but the concept is that oil removes oil not makes oil.
Dirt makeup and excess skin oil bind with the oil when applied to the skin. Once you add water and massage is when the fun begins it starts to form a watery cream which you can feel actually is cleaning best of all it won't dry out the skin as it's not stripping the natural oil layer.
My makeup and eye makeup were totally removed and I wasn't left feeling tight.
The other up side to this range is that bit costs R79.00 and it's an ideal travel size to.
I am very impressed with this productime and am.looking forward to buying the entire range and writing about it here soon. . If this is what the cleansing oil does it can only imagine how amazing the rest of the range will be. ]]>Wed, 03 Feb 2016 19:59:33 +0000

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27747/ Thank you Beauty Bulletin for allowing me to review this AWESOME product. Like a child on Christmas morning, I ripped open the packaging to find the perfect gift inside, a bottle of Lipidol Cleansing Face Oil and a cute towelling headband. The oil itself is visually appealing being light blue in colour. So I opened up the bottle to smell it to see if it smells as good as it looks and boy it did. I was immediately transported to a spa with the scent of rosemary. I was really excited to try it out.
The instructions are easy to follow with applying the oil onto your skin without adding any water to it. Every time I use it, it feels like I am giving myself a mini facial. The oil massages into my skin and you can actually notice that your makeup is being removed almost immediately. The amazing thing is that the oil binds oil material and gently dissolves impurities, without removing your skins natural oily layer. Once you are done with that all you do is add some water to your face and it becomes almost milky and soapy but does not lather like regular soaps. Once you rinse and wipe your face you will notice your face looking brighter and it looks like you have moisturised already.
What I simply love about this product is that it removes all my makeup, even the stubborn waterproof eye-liners and mascaras which is awesome. No more waking up and looking like a raccoon for me ever again... Whoohoo!!!
I have been using it daily and I love it - there is no other way to say it. It has exceeded my expectations in that I thought it will do the job but I never imagined my skin to look so great as well.
I have already started recommending it to my friends and family and ladies at only R79.95 it is definitely worth the buy!!! ]]>Wed, 03 Feb 2016 15:45:59 +0000

> It doesn't feel greasy on my skin.
> It really has a lovely subtle scent.
> No cotton pads or wet wipes required, just lukewarm water.
> It removes dirt and makeup without drying out my skin.

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27730/ This is such a lovely product and so easy to use. It's not only a face cleanser but a brilliant makeup remover as well. By taking some of the product in your dry hands and massaging it into the face, the oil binds with the dirt and makeup making it so easy to wash off. As soon as water is added to the oil it emulsifies and becomes a milky liquid.
I love the packaging and natural smell of this product. For only R79,95 it's so worth it and I highly recommend the Lipidol range to anyone. ]]>Wed, 03 Feb 2016 07:35:21 +0000

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27727/ I was incredibly excited to try out this facial cleansing oil by Lipidol. After trying out the body cleansing oil (which smells amazing, just like Roses Lime Cordial), and being pretty darn impressed by it, I figured that the other Lipidol products were sure to impress. And boy was I right!
The facial cleansing oil is a clear light blue colour, a thick-ish oil in consistency, and it has a fresh, clean, herbal scent to it. I felt like I could smell eucalyptus and rosemary, and it is scented with rosemary and niaouli essential oils. I have sensitive, reactive skin, and due to this I usually shy away from scented products, but I gave this a bash anyway - what better way to show it's goodness, than to prove that even scented, it can still do a great job on irritable skin?
After some research, I discovered that the niaouli essential oil has disinfectant and antiseptic properties, while the rosemary essential oil has a whole contingent of benefits, from improving your mood, relieving pain, helping with circulation, healing and detoxing the skin, as well as being anti-ageing and anti-inflammatory! Basically this cleansing oil is not only cleaning make-up, oil and dirt off of your skin, it's helping to kill any germs and calm any irritations or inflammation too. What a fantastic idea, if it actually works in practice.
I've been putting the cleansing oil through it's paces properly, by using it morning and night. In the morning, I use a small amount to massage into my skin, I add water and let it emulsify, and then rinse it off. It leaves my face feeling fresh and clean and so soft, and the smell is such a mood booster on workdays. At night, I use a little more and really massage it into my skin well, focussing on the areas that had the most make-up on, including my eyes. I add some water so that the oil turns into a creamy white colour, massage a little longer, and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. I don't even need to do a second cleanse, as it gets rid of every last bit of my make-up! Even my waterproof Bourjois mascara didn't stand a chance against this bad boy.
My skin has been looking smooth and even, any redness has definitely calmed down a lot, and it doesn't feel stripped dry and super tight after cleansing, which I love. I often rush to apply moisturiser after cleansing, as my skin feels tight and dry, and I didn't feel that with the Lipidol. I haven't had any breakouts from using an oil to cleanse (those oilier skinned, pimple prone girls will love it!), and I still applied my regular serum and moisturiser after washing, and it didn't feel oily or sticky in the slightest.
I have used a couple of other oil cleansers before, but none exceeded my expectations like the Lipidol cleansing oil, and after I've finished my bottle, I'll most definitely be repurchasing! ]]>Wed, 03 Feb 2016 07:15:06 +0000
https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27726/
https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27726/ I've heard a lot about the Lipidol Oils range which had launched in 2015 in South Africa, so like many beauties I was really interested in learning about the oils. The range consists of Five products namely a Face cleansing oil, Overnight Face oil, After shave oil, After Shower oil and Sun screen oil (SPF 20) each packaged in clear plastic bottles what makes them different each oil has a specific colour and bottle shape depending on the type.
Beauty review on the Face Cleansing oil, which I did for a week and truly enjoyed the product, when oil comes to mind you automatically assume greasy. But to my surprise the Lipidol is far from greasy it is a very unique and different product to a lot of cleansers of I've used before, which I really liked.
The oil is suppose to remove dirt and cleanse your face without stripping away your skins natural oil layer. The cleansing oil contains and is fragranced by Niaouli and Rosemary essential oils. The benefits of these oils Niaouli oil is best used for antiseptic and stimulating qualities, used to clear infections and irritations and the second oil Rosemary oil which many beauties are aware of too contains natural antiseptic properties. But most importantly it is suitable for Sensitive skin and it is Non-Comedogenic.
So here is my overall review and application of the product.
Application:
1. Apply the oil to dry skin and massage.
2. Then add a little water to help emulsify (foam)
3. Massage
4. Then Rinse
5. And Finally Dry
My first thoughts how do you wash your face with an oil is what many others would think to, but first impressions are always a great when you least expect a good outcome. First attempt pat onto to my dry skin then I went my hands to start the reaction of the oil and water to form a very light and gentle foam on my skin and rinse that's all really quick and easy which a cleanser should be.
After my first use my skin felt soft as if I had applied my moisturizer already, I could go to bed with my skin feeling moisturized. After a week of usage my skin still feels good and great product for those with sensitive skins, I to have issues with sensitivity but I had no reactions. Product came really well off no over rinsing and drying. I would carry on using the Lipidol Cleansing oil its a great product to have, packaging is great I had no leaking issues at all as I traveled with it too.
I would totally recommend any product from the Lipidol range they work really well with sensitive skins they are unique with the ability to react with water and emulsify, diffidently a top product on my list for 2016. And a great bargain for a 125ml bottle at R79 found only Clicks stores Nationwide. ]]>Wed, 03 Feb 2016 06:42:48 +0000

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27717/ Lipidol Cleansing face oil is definitely a gentle yet effective cleanser!
After using Lipidol cleansing face oil for a week my face definitely has a softer more supple feeling. I generally have combination skin that tends to dry out later in the day. I haven't had this since using lipidol. It hasn't left my face feeling too oily either, I did apply my usual moisturiser as well. It removed all my makeup , all layers ( primer, foundation, powder, fixing spray lipstick and the usual extras). Lipidol is also gentle on the skin, I have had no reactions which happens a lot as my skin can be quite sensitive.
I really love using it as it acts as a two in one, you don't have to wash your face after using a standard make up remover! its all done in one.
Its a great product , will definitely be buying it in store and recommending it to friends. Great product for my first review . Thank you for choosing me to review it!!!!

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27715/ Lipidol is an oil based skincare range created by the makers of Bio-Oil. The range consists of six products and I was lucky to be able to try one of them! (Thank you Beauty Bulletin)
I was rather curious about cleansing with facial oil and did some research…
How it works: One would think that when applying oil to your face, that it would create break outs and make your skin even oilier… Normal soap and cleansing products strip away the skins natural oils, therefore our skin loses moisture, becomes more dry and then our skin tries to compensate the lack of moisture by creating more oil, which just creates skin havoc. Lipidol Cleansing Oil removes make up and impurities without disturbing the skins natural oily layer, therefore the skin remains moisturized.
Packaging and product description:
• Minimalistic outer packaging, the focus is on the product.
• The cleansing oil comes in a 125ml transparent, spill proof bottle with a white screw on lid.
• The blue tint in the oil makes the product look refreshing and clean.
• The oil feels fairly light and is fragranced with Rosemary and Niaouli essential oils.
How to use the product:
I poured about a teaspoon of the product into the palm of my hand, rubbed my palms together, and then gently massaged the oil over my face. When the oil started to bind with the make up, I added a dash of water as this causes the oil to emulsify and helps to remove the make up. After the oil had been emulsified and massaged in a bit, I rinsed and gently dried my face with a towel.
Upside:
• The Lipidol Cleansing Face Oil left my skin feeling smooth and moisturized; therefore I had no need to apply extra moisturizer onto my face.
• It removed the majority of my make up.
• There was no residue/oily feeling on my skin after I rinsed the product off.
• The scent is subtle
• Suitable for sensitive skin
• Affordable
Downside:
• It was a bit of a struggle to remove eye make up completely, such as the eyeliner and mascara.
• Product seemed to bother my eyes.

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27704/ Opening the door to find my Lipidol Facial Oil was being delivered is excitement enough for any beauty blogger! It’s like Christmas but for Beauty Fanatics who love their skin and beauty products. Ripping open my package I found the Lipidol Cleansing Facial Oil in all its sapphire brilliance. The way the oil sparkled in the sun on my door step left me in awe of this amazing product! The packaging was simple yet stunning leaving the product to speak for itself. The clear bottle showed of the brilliant blue oil in all its glory and left me giddy and hopping in excitement to try it out.
Reading the instructions on the back of the bottle at first had me double checking if I was seeing straight. A facial oil that turns into cleanser when mixed with water? I was sure I definitely was not seeing straight because as a Chemical Engineering student we are taught that oil DOES NOT mix with water, basic chemistry 101. So following the instructions I massaged the cleansing facial oil into my skin till I was as shiny as a new penny. I then wet my hands a little to watch myself perform some Lipidol magic! As the water came into contact with the oil, it emulsified into a creamy consistency that started removing all the make-up I had on. A quick splash of water, rinsing all the product from my face and towel drying left me in awe.
The results? Every single bit of make-up was removed from my face and it didn't take much hassle at all! My face was smooth and void of any make up. Any trace of make up or oil had vanished and my skin was singing with happiness! My skin is usually dry and sensitive so I was thoroughly amazed that it didn't leave a dry feeling which turns my face scratchy and red and before you know it I'm usually running for my moisturizer, but certainly not with Lipidol Cleansing Facial oil. My face was clear and I sometimes felt there was no need to even use moisturizer and after a week, my skin did not break out but instead had become a lover of Lipidol and will refuse to use anything other than Lipidol Cleansing Facial Oil. It’s just that good!
Lipidol I would say exceeded my expectations in all aspects. It’s truly does it says on the bottle no doubt about that! It combines with make-up and dirt on your face, gently dissolving and removing these impurities without stripping your skin of its natural oily layer. It even removed the water proof eye liner and hard to remove make up on my face which I struggle to remove with normal make up removers.
Would I purchase this product in the future? Hell YES! I can’t see myself going a day without this product ever again. For a mere R79.95 my skin is glowing and refreshed after smearing it with make up every day. It’s definitely my go to make up remover and all-purpose cleanser.

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27702/ When it comes to cleansing my face, I’ve always preferred a foaming wash. However, the older I get, the more drying I find these kinds of formulas to be.
For the past two weeks, I’ve been trying the Lipidol Cleansing Oil (R79.95), and it’s fast become a favourite.
It effortlessly (and gently) removes my make-up (even longwearing foundation), leaving my skin spotlessly clean and beautifully hydrated.
It’s really easy to use too; simply apply the Lipidol Oil Cleanser is onto dry skin, and then massaged it in. Thereafter add a little water, and the oil start emulsifying into a watery cream. While you could easily rinse it off, I prefer removing mine with a face cloth (as this adds a bit of an exfoliation-like benefit).
You can also use the Lipidol Oil Cleanser on your eyes, but because I have super sensitive eyes, I prefer not to.
The formula combines six essential oils that work to nourish and purify the skin, while Rosemary and neroli oils gives it a fresh smell. I was impressed to see the addition of salicylic acid in the ingredient list, as it’s known to unclog pores, preventing any breakouts.
All in all, I think the Lipidol Cleansing Oil is a great option and for all types of skin, sensitive and oily included, and at R79.99 is excellent value.

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27675/ I am already a big fan of Lipidol's range, but this is the first time I've tried the Cleansing Face Oil. I was expecting it to be good as Lipidol really excels in oils, but I was surprised at just how well it worked and what good valuie for money it is. At only R79.95 this is the most affordable cleansing oil I have tried, and it works just as well if not better than some of the expensive brands.
Cleansing with oil is the most gentle and effective way to cleanse and remove makeup because it dissolves oil-based makeup without stripping your skin's natural protective oils. As a result I always incorporate a cleansing oil in my routine. What makes Lipidol's Face Cleansing Oil so special is that it really removes every trace of makeup, including my eye makeup. I can use it on my eyes without it stinging at all.
I love the way my skin feels after the oil emulsifies and rinses off. My skin feels very clean, but not stripped or with that tight, squeaky feeling. My skin feels comfortable and moisturised.
I love the packaging, which is no-frills and without printed labels. This looks modern on your bathroom shelf and is also travel-friendly. I also don't mind the scent of this cleansing oil. It is naturally lightly fragranced with rosemary and niaouli oils, which have an inoffensive gender-neutral scent - so I'm sure guys would enjoy it just as much.
I have a normal to combination skin, and Lipidol Face Cleansing Oil is suitable for all skin types. Even oily skin would benefit because thought it removes excess oil and dirt it will not strip the skin and cause it to produce even more oil, which a traditional gel or foam cleanser does.
I give this a big thumbs up!

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27674/ Being a coconut oil fan *pours coconut oil over entire life*, I'm not new to using oils as make-up removers. They are awesome at removing stubborn make-up, impurities and also don't come with the drying affect that most other make-up removers cause.
So when beauty bulletin contacted me to review Lipidols Cleansing Oil, I was undoubtedly excited. I've wanted to try out the product for ages, however I decided to try and not purchases anymore beauty products, yes I might even have a problem.
I started out by applying the oil with my finger tips onto my face and massaging gently. Make up just ooooozes right off. I then used cotton pads to remove excess make-up. My skin was left, moisturised, unlike many make-up removers which can be seriously drying. Glowing, supple and like baby's bottom when I awoke in the morning.
I'm in love with this oil and as a dry skin suffer, I am so excited to carry on using it as part of my regime. I've even heard that some people add some lipidol oil with their moisturisers to give that extra moisture boost.
Love this gem! ]]>Sun, 31 Jan 2016 20:18:06 +0000

Content:Blue light oily liquid that absorbs quickly. Consists of skin loving oils that nourish and protect. Rosemary, argan oil, sesame seed oil to name a few.
Category: Oil cleanser that claims to cleanse away make up or dirt with out stripping your skins natural oil layer. Retails for R79.95 at and only Clicks stores.
How to use: Massage with dry hands onto dry face. Add a little water to create a white thin creamy lather.Rinse off and you are done. It is that quick.
Results :It has been a week using the Lipidol cleanser and no changes to the condition of my skin.No dryness or tightness to my face after use.Removes make up well on the face but not so well for eye make up. Make up is dissolved by the oil.
Verdict:For a cleanser i do prefer a foamy lather rather than liquid because i honestly think i am clean if there is a foamy lather(please tell me i'm not alone).I thought I would have to remove my make up with a make up remover first before using the Lipidol cleanser but not at all so its great but my eye make up needs some extra tlc. ]]>Sun, 31 Jan 2016 19:26:40 +0000

The product smells great, and is oil based.
It glides on well and has simple to follow instructions.
Lipidol can also be used on make-up and bare skin.
Has great feeling that's not tight and taught after washed off.
Silky luxurious feel to the skin.
A must purchase!! ]]>Sun, 31 Jan 2016 12:00:05 +0000

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27658/ Lipidol is obviously going for the minimalist approach with thier packaging and it works, because it looks great and the bottle gets the colour from the oil inside. The Lipidol range consists of six different oils; cleansing oil, body oil, after shower oil, sunscreen oil, after shave oil and an overnight face oil these are all brought to us by Union Swiss the creators of Bio oil(so we know it is a trusted brand).
They also state that this is a non-comedogenic oil which basically means that it won’t block your pores,so it is safe to use for all skin types. The best part about using this product is that it is so simple to use; it only takes 3 steps.Click on the video below to see a full tutorial on how to use your cleansing oil ????
The oil is fragranced with Rosemary and Niaouli essential oils. After someone watched my video yesterday she mentioned that her husband said that it smells clinical. So naturally in my nature I wanted to double check if this was so and I am happy to admit that it indeed does smell very clinical. This is however not an issue for me as for me cleaning your face should be treated very clinically.
Another plus when it comes to this product is the time it takes to get your face clean, being a mother with two kids you really have to search for time to even just wash your face and with Lipidol it takes less than 3 minutes.

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27654/ So my friends at Beauty Bulletin have given me the opportunity to review Lipidol Cleansing Face oil???????? Let me tell you a little bit about this product, it is an oil based facial cleanser used to remove day-to-day dirt on the skin, reduce the appearance of shine and doubles up as a makeup remover. Sounding a bit too good to be true, well, let's see. This morning I tried Lipidol for the first time, loved, loved, loved it. Application feels gentle on the skin, doesn't feel like I'm forcefully stripping the moisture from my skin and the product doesn't smell like soap or toxic toner products either. Once you've applied the face oil onto a dry face take a bit of water into the palm of your hands and work it over your entire face mmm feels like the good stuff already! A quick rinse and you're good to start beating face with makeup guilt-free. So after drying off my face I was expecting that regular tight dry parched skin feeling, let me tell you, my skin felt great, I could pull a face and not feel like my skin was just about to crack or tear????. In the next couple of days I will be exclusively using Lipidol on my face to test real results on how my skin will look and feel. I have combination skin with a very oily T-zone (forehead, nose and chin) so let's see if Lipidol will work to even out this issue. Looking forward to sharing with you what the makers of Bio-oil have bottled for us this time????!!! #ClearlyLipidol ]]>Fri, 29 Jan 2016 14:27:43 +0000

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27615/ It is a known and easily proven scientific fact that oil attracts oil, while on the other hand oil and water repel each other; the only way to get these two elements to mix is to add an emulsifier which creates a bond between the two elements. The scientist in me has been revealed, lol!
The basic concept of the oil cleansing method follows this scientific fact in that the oil used to massage your skin dissolves the oil that has become hardened with impurities which often cause pimples and blackheads.
I've found Lipidol's Cleansing Face Oil to be quite effective in removing makeup and cleansing my face. When massaged onto a dry uncleaned face, the oil dissolves the makeup and by adding a bit of water and continuing with the massage, a light creamy and foamy emulsion is created which allows the oil and dirt to be easily rinsed off with water.
The oil is enriched with a number of essential oils including rosemary, niaouli, argan and sesame seed oil. Although I don't enjoy the herby scent that these oils come with, I love that they are packed with vitamins (esp Vitamin E which is great for skin repair) and allow my skin to be instantly moisturised. The cleansing oil also contains other plant extracts including aloe vera which is great for soothing and hydrating the skin as well as salicylic acid which helps with clearing and preventing pimples and blemished skin.
Lipidol states that the oil is suitable for sensitive skin and is also non-comedogenic, so you can use it without worrying that it'll clog your pores.
So whether you have dry, normal, combination (like me) or oily skin, this cleansing oil is def worth a try!

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/27611/ Its a truly unique and great product. As a make up remover it removed all traces of my make up even my waterproof mascara. As a cleanser this product is amazing as it cleans the skin with out leaving it tight and dry. I have oily skin and I find that this product is amazing yet I have been getting a few break outs recently. I've tried it on 3 different skin tones and well it works best for all skin types except i don't think an oily skin needs it but it is amazing. I think Lipidol has perfected a cleanser that has both good cleaning action as well as a make up remover.

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/22156/ This is by far the most amazing product I've ever used for my fickle skin. You basically apply the oil sparingly onto your face and rub it it, apply a little water and it will remove your make up and any other dirt. You finally rinse your face. It feels so hydrated and moisturised. Why? Because unlike other cleansing products it doesn't strip your face of its natural oils. ]]>Fri, 27 Mar 2015 08:15:45 +0000

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/21022/ I read about double cleansing* a few months ago and I was eager to try it But struggled to find an affordable cleansing oil. At R79.95 for a bottle this is perfect! I've been using it for 2 months and I'm still on my first bottle. It removes all my make up and doesn't dry out my skin. Also no oily residue after. It washes off easily. I love it and will be trying some of the other products in the range as well.
*Double cleansing is when you use a cleansing oil to remove make up and impurities before using your normal face wash. The idea is that using the oil first means that you remove most of the impurities without stripping away your skin's natural oils. Using your normal cleanser after gets rid of the last bit of dirt and because you don't have to scrub or use harsh make up removers, you're not hurting your skin as much. Interesting theory so thought I'd give it a try. ]]>Wed, 21 Jan 2015 15:03:00 +0000

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/21010/ When I first heard about facial oils I wondered when they would hit the South African shores at a reasonable price, yes I know Body Shop has one but I just wanted to try something that was a little cheaper.. I mean the thought of putting OIL on my face to clean it um ya I was skeptical!
When Lipidol launched I was very intrigued with its clean, simple and effortless design - this made me want to try it even more! I got my hands on the facial cleanser and I can honestly say my face has never been so clean I feel like it goes right into my pores and pulls all the gunk (makeup) out and leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean (literally feels so clean its almost tight!)
The only thing I am not a fan about is the smell.. to me its very tea-tree like which reminds me a lot of aromatherapy which I'm not against just not a smell I'd love to smell EVERY night nah'mean? ]]>Tue, 20 Jan 2015 06:51:31 +0000

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/21001/ This is the best facial cleanser by far! I have tried so many brands from cheap to expensive and nothing can beat this cleanser for me. As I am wearing long-wear foundation I do struggle to get my face squeaky clean at night. When using a toner afterwards there is always more foundation that is coming off. But no more...
This Lipidol oil smells so nice. You place about a teaspoon size in your hands and massage it into your face for a few minutes. Then you splash some water on your face and massage it for another minute or so until the oil emulsify. You can then wash it off.
What I like about the oil is that my skin looks so hydrated and soft afterwards. I'm almost finished with my first bottle and will definitely continue to buy this facial oil. Especially for the price of only R79.95

https://beautybulletinnew.m-staging.co.za/lipidol-cleansing-face-oil/discussions/20181/ The oil is fragranced with Rosemary and Niaouli essential oils which immediately makes this a treat to use. I really love using products that are fragranced with essential oils because not only do they smell great, but I know that they have incredible properties on their own to help benefit my skin. The oil is used to remove dirt and makeup without stripping the skin of its natural oily layer. The way to use this is to pour about a teaspoon of the product into that palm of your hand (make sure you washed your hands first), then massage the oil all over your face and neck area. Then simply splash a bit of warm water on your skin to allow the oil to emulsify (it turns a white milky colour). Massage your face a little longer and wash the oil off your face. What I love about this method of washing my face is that I do have dehydrated skin and this helps to keep my skin hydrated and moisturised. I also love how great this oil is at removing makeup - even stubborn mascara. ]]>Thu, 23 Oct 2014 17:45:46 +0000

And thats compared to the justine epigran, environ precleansing oil and dermalogica variety!
The packaging is minimalist: a see through cellophane!
Reading the product contents on the back of this see through bottle requires good eyes are preferably not at night!
From the looks of the ingredients this is by no means a natural product!
What drew me in was knowing that this brand comes from the same creators as bio oil.
Enough said!
Its a thin oil and spreads easily on dry skin
Add a little water after massaging it in and emulsify
And rinse
And soft clean protected feeling skin emerges

Since I have been having dry skin issues, I really liked this cleanser, as it didn't make my face feel dry at all.
