I have never used an oil before to control frizz-only certain spray on treatments that claim to control frizz although I have never been as impressed with them as I am with his oil. It just makes sense to use an oil to control dry bits of fly away hair! I apply one pump of oil to the ends of my hair after straightening and will carefully apply the last bit to the roots to tame any frizz. I was told it will help in detangling my hair and also moisturize it, but it did nothing of the sort! I dried my hair out and did not keep frizz away.
