I have always bought the more expensive face creams, thinking they were suppose to be the best. After jumping from one brand to the next (I think I have been through all the regular super market & pharmacy staple brands - olay, ponds, nivea, etc) I tried L'Oreal. This is the perfect day cream and satisfies all my wants in a day cream - light, non greasy, sun protection and all day moisture. A little goes a long way and I apply it to my face, neck and chest area to ensure that I am protected from the sun. A jar lasts me about 2 - 3 months. My skin is dehydrated despite the fact that I am drinking 2+ litres of water a day. This L'Oreal cream has done a fantastic job of hydrating my skin. the texture of the cream is smooth and thick. There's a very faint 'clean' odour. My skin literally drinks this up and there's no residue left over like I sometimes experience with my very heavy night cream. In terms of hydration, I give this cream top marks. I haven't experienced any noticible difference in radiance save from the fact that my skin just looks plumper. His reason – his cream doesn’t feel as nice, especially after his shave. MEN! Overall, good experience, but with every new skin care product you have to wait a few weeks to really see the results. It is white and thick and I soon found a little goes a long way so just a large pea sized blob will do the whole face and neck if you rub it in quickly. I can't give this cream enough stars! This cream promises to be "light and non-greasy" and leave skin feeling "soft and silky".
