This must be my most treasured purchase of 2012 so far :)
We've all had those window shopping love affairs with a glamorous item we simply can't take our eyes off but can't bring ourselves to buy. This Mac 187 Duo fibre brush has been mine :)
Online magazines, youtube and personal beauty blogs are set ablaze with enormous hype surrounding this particular Mac face brush.
So here's why...
The Mac 187 brush is a large full circular brush used for lightweight application and blending of face powder or pigments. You can use it to create soft layers or add textures.
It's versatility is phenomenal. You can layer a thin deposit of moisturiser on your face, buff on your foundation and apply a cream or powder blush all in one go with this unbelievably incredible brush!
I LOVE this baby! In a few circular motions my foundation is applied so flawlessly!
Quick Tip : Spot apply your foundation all over your face then slowly buff your make-up into your skin with the187 brush. Do this in a very relaxed -small circular motion. Remembering to layer up a second "coat" of foundation to problem areas. Wait a minute or two then set your face with powder.
This face brush is made from a soft blend of goat and synthetic fibres so be gentle with the fine hairs.
All Mac brushes are individually hand crafted so expect the prices to be a lil bit on the steep side.
Price: R450.00 ( worth the money for a high quality item that will last years and years.)
