If you don't own an oil based makeup remover (or baby oil) you can forget about removing this liner from eyes! It imparts a wonderfully wet looking line that dries to a wet look finish and is GREAT for those sweltering summer days. Its a small bottle, but the liner will last fairly long. The colour is very effective, just be sure to stay away from dark blue and purple shades if you are susceptible to rings under your eyes.
