I liked the fact that the colour is EXACTLY the colour I expected. The next time I used this shadow, was along side a gold eye shadow and WOW! Those two colours works! Pity I didn’t take a pic, but will the next time I use it. I used half of the purple on the inside of my lid, and the other half with the gold. I then applied a medium to thick line of eyeliner and BAM! My eyes popped. I didn’t even apply any mascara, although it would’ve probably made a difference. I dipped my brush I received in one of my ruby boxes in some water, and then attempted to use the eye shadow as a liner. It was a perfect mix. There were no clumps, and the colour wasn’t as harsh as I only used a little bit. I love this purple! Easily one of my favorites by MAC, it's a shimmering blue violet that really looks like nothing I've ever seen when wet and applied along with Crystal ( Another Mac eyeshadow) - we're talking the ultimate pretty pretty princess purple eyes. The way it blends and smooths out is so feminine and delicate. It really does make you feel like a girl. This is such a stunning colour!! I use it in the inner corners of my eye when I'm doing a deep purple and deep green look for night.
