Even though the formula is a frost, the finish is not frosty. There is hardly any shimmer in this shade, but it does blend out really well. I do not experience any fall-out with this shadow. It works really great for the lid and for a super subtle brow highlight. I mostly use it to set my eyeshadow primer. It's a frost finish very pigmented and smooth so a little goes a long way. My brow bone looks so clean and fresh without looking too defined. This is gorgeous on deep, dark & tanned skin tones. It also works amazingly on pale skin tones as a lid shadow. This beautiful shade should definitely be one of the first shadows you own from MAC. Quick Tip: Apply Ricepaper onto the highpoint of your eyebrow arch. This will make your eyes appear more awake and give you that instant lift.
