The only negative thing that I have to say about this is that if you leave it on for a bit too long it can start to burn and itch. It's very effective and you can see the change in hair colour within minutes. The instructions in the box were super simple and I knew how to use the kit almost instantly. The reason I got this kit was to lighten my eyebrows as I recently have coloured my hair blonde (from dark brown) and I wanted a more 'natural' look.
