It was ridiculously cheap, and thought id give it a try.. I've applied a well known brand top coat over, and was very disappointed! I applied this before a night out, get back home and most of the polish disappeared!!! I was so upset and embarrassed, I at least thought it would last a few hours! I was very excited about the blue colour as it is one of the most popular colours this season. The Denim collection allows you to enjoy the colour blue trend in a unique way. The nail polish is as any other in terms of look and feel of the bottle and brush. The nail polish already has a denim look to it when you first see it and it contains very tiny sparkles in it. The first coat is very thin, but it dried very quickly. I started painting my left hand, then moved on to my right hand and by the time I was done with it, my left hand’s nails were already dry. I waited a minute before applying the second coat. When the second coat had very quickly dried, I was surprised at the matte colour that it had – since it says nail lacquer on the bottle. I expected a very glossy finish, but instead it was quite matte. It wasn’t truly matte, but it also wasn’t glossy – it had a polished finish. If you are someone who likes glossy nail polish, they you would need to apply a top coat over the denim dash nail lacquer. I am someone who absolutely loves a glossy finish, but I fell in love with the realistic denim look of this nail polish, that I decided to leave it as it is.
