When I do my makeup I usually reach for this specific one. It's just so easy to use. It glides on perfectly with a thin line and using the smudger will create a gorgeous smokey effect. But I don't usually use the smudger tool. This also works very well on the waterline, unlike some eyeliners, this applies with the same precision and pigment on the waterline.
