The theory suggests that with a hard working moisturiser your heels will continue to soften and will remain silky smooth. Im not so sure about that, but what I am sure about is that this heel balm provided me with the necessary kick of moisture on my quest for baby feet. The texture of the balm is initially deceiving - it appears less thick and rich - but it is actually so nourishing that it is quickly absorbed into the skin.
