I left it on for 60 minutes. The next day my feet started peeling. My feet peeled for about 5 days, leaving softer, smoother skin behind. I would not buy this product again as I do not think that it warrants the high price and I did not enjoy peeling on my feet, definitely one that you want to do in winter to avoid questioning stares. It took ages and looked like I had a skin disease. I admit the heels of your feet do feel smooth after the skin peels off, but needs regular filling to keep the smoothness else its all a complete waste.
