It has a rich chocolate smell and even looks like milk chocolate. I find it very soothing and comforting like a cup of hot chocolate, thats my kind of aromatherapy, lol. Its contains Cocoa butter, Shea butter and Dead Sea minerals so its super good for your skin. I left my mask on for about 20-30 mins depending on the thickness of the application it will dry at different rates. I removed it with a dark coloured face cloth and warms water. Its well worth the cost as I usually get up to 3 applications per sachet. At the same time it also contains natural aromatherapy oils to help you relax and to moisturize and soothe your skin. It dries on my face in about 25minutes. It cleanses just as well as other clay masks. The only thing about this one is the smell. It smells very natural but very herby. It is not disgusting or anything but I wouldn't exactly describe it as pleasant. I know natural plant oils may cause a reaction for sensitive skins but I haven't had any problems whatsoever. Again as with other Montagne Jeunesse masks, they are fun to try but a bit too pricey to use regularly. They contain natural ingredients (which they highlight in colour on their ingredient list) and they are also cruelty free. The brand has a big variety of masks and over time I have now tried almost all of them. This one is definitely one of the favourites. It smells absolutely delicious - just like milk chocolate. Cocoa is actually one of the ingredients so its not just the smell. The colour is just like milk chocolate too. Beware no one sees you wearing one of these as they might think you are having a poop mask on :-) This mask contains clay and dries on your face to deep cleanse the pores. It takes a good 20 minutes to dry which I hold anyway with most masks (I feel my skin would benefit more if I hold it for longer). It takes a while to wash off as it does with all my other clay masks after they dry. My face always feels smoother and cleaner after using it but I always follow up with a nice moistuiser to replenish the moisture. My only con with this mask is the price. It is fun to try all these Montagne mask when you feel like something new but I don't buy them regularly. Freeman has the same quality masks which retail for R59 for the whole tube which would last a lot longer then 1 sachet with only two uses.
