This shampoo is clear, nice thick consistency and smells like mint. It is really refreshing on the scalp. It Lathers very well and I need to wash my shoulder length hair just once to be satisfied with how clean it is. When I lather it up, it definitely has a drying feel to it so it does tangle my hair a bit. It is not really a problem for me because I follow up with a nice rich conditioner which gets rid of the tangles straight away. But if you are a person who doesn't use conditioner or has naturally dry frizzy hair, I don't think this is for you. It definitely needs to be followed up with a detangler. I like the way my hair feels since I have been using this. It looks shiny and feels healthy and I love the feel of mint on my hair!
