I purchased this as I tend to get really dry itchy skin during the winter. The first time I used it I put some onto a mesh sponge, and it didn't really work that well, It didn't foam at all. It does however foam when you rub it between your hands, but not as much as a regular body wash. Keeping in mind that not a lot of foam doesn't necessarily mean that isn't cleaning.
I agree with the other reviews that I feel much cleaner if I first use another body wash and then rub myself all over with the pampering oil before my final rinse off. My skin doesn't show any signs of being dry and it does feel smooth and soft afterwards.
The scent of this product is more a neutral scent, so hubby and I can both use it! I am however not entirely convinced that I would purchase it again.
