This is a great eye cream for those on a budget, it has a great quality and the affordable price will ensure your eyes will keep looking gorgeous! The light-weight cream smells amazing, and is easily absorbed. It definately helped with shadow and circles (not sure about puffiness though), and is a great after-party treat for your peepers! The small glass tub is compact and easily fits into my handbag for emergencies! Love this product, great for a quick pick-me-up.
