I used to have a face wash that doubled as make up remover, but since changing my skin care regime I had to find an effective make up remover to use. This product was really cheap (retailing around R50) and can be bought almost anywhere. I bought mine at Pick n Pay.
Its quite effective in removing heavy eye make up and waterproof products. All you need to do is dab a little of the product onto a cotton ball and wipe your eyelids. It doesn't remove my make up 100%, but it does a pretty good job. And afterwards I use a normal face wash that removes most of the left over residue. A good product for a good price.
