It is really simple and easy to use and the product gets absorbed very quickly into the skin. Since I don't really have dark under-eye circles, I can't really comment on whether it minimises dark under-eye circles. I tend to have dryer skin in winter, and I feel that this eye cream is great and sufficient for summer, but that I would prefere a slightly more richer eye cream for winter.
