It's another cult favourite from NYX that beauty bloggers are always raving about! I use this pencil in milk as an eye shadow base. It glides onto the eye, is creamy and is very easy to blend. I usually use my finger and blend it right up to my eyebrow when I'm doing a particularly dramatic, colourful eye. It makes any eye shadow colour POP and stays put over a good eye primer. Some like to use it as an eye base without the primer, but I tend to find that it creases during the day if worn alone under shadows. This pencil must be sharpened with a dual sharpener, which is tricky to figure out at first, seeing as it has no resemblance to wood at all!
