It's about the size of a blackberry phone.his palette is called "Matte Smokey Look" so I was a bit surprised to find shimmery colours in there as well. I said surprised, not disappointed. ;) Some have noticeable shimmer in them and the black shadow has a tiny bit of shimmer as far as I can tell. With regards to pigmentation they are great, but some colours are obviously better then others. The shadows have a lovely texture and they apply quite smoothly and they definitely stay put for the whole day. This palette doesn't come with brushes, but that doesn't bother me as most people use their own anyway. I LOVE the eyeshadow base - it's very creamy, smooth and easy to apply. The quality of the packaging isn't fantastic as the bottom draw (with all the lip colours) keeps popping open. So perhaps mine is a faulty one. The four lip colours in the bottom tray are very light and not extremely pigmented. To me they don't add anything to the kit. They're quite creamy and glossy, but not too sticky. The lipsticks are a bit light for my skintone but I do like them.
