I've always struggled to get a very thin line with liquid eyeliner and this product makes it really easy to do. I prefer it for a daytime, more subtle look as it does not have the shiny drama of a liquid eyeliner. As the previous reviewer said, if you draw an elongated line to make a cat eye, those extended bits tend to fade. I've previously used a similar product by Revlon and I found the pen went dry within a month or so. I've had this product for a few months and it works as well as when I first bought it.
