This hand cream has water, mineral oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, avocado oil, honey and almond oil in the ingredients listing. The oils and honey help with moisture. I love the scent of the honey and cooca butterness. Did I get instant relief from dryness? Nope. I had to use quite a bit and the relief didn't last long so I had to re-apply frequently. This would probably be better in the warm days than the colder days.
