This is by far the best plumping gloss I have tried. I have used Maybelline XXL glosses before but they really irritated and dried out my lips. The burning sensation was too uncomfortable for me. This on however is perfection! It is a whitish milky light pink with just a hint of golden shimmer which is so super fine you don't even see it on the lips. It just adds a bit of depth and warmth. The gloss is quite opaque and tones down my dark lips creating almost a nude lip. It smells very subtle and very pleasant. It really reminds of the lovely vanilla aroma of MAC lip products. It comes in a nice square packaging and the applicator is a brush. It works really well for spreading the gloss and you have enough product in just one load. The gloss looks slightly streaky when just applied but don't fret! Just press your lips together and give it a second and it set into a nice glaze. You can feel the plumping actions working without any burning. It really gives a smooth crease free appearance to my lips. It is also nice for aging ladies sinces it will smooth out the wrinkles!
