This pencil is so perfect for creating hair like strokes and the formula is not too dry or too waxy. It gives a very natural look to the brows. They look defined, but not over done. It is so useful for women who have very full eyebrows and dont need to colour in the whole brow in order to get the brow-pow that you are looking for. It is perfecting for filling in small patches or just lining the edges ( It has a very small end that is as small as a pall pointe pen ). Its size and colour are super convenient.
