Dries really really fast and sometimes required heating the tube in a cup of hot water for a few minutes to get that runny texture back. I am not a fan of mascara, as I have long lashes already. But this mascara changed my outlook. Its not runny, and its not easy to explain the texture of it, but it dries immediately, so theres no risk of racoon eyes After 1 coat, my lashes were thicker and longer.
