I choose my eyeliner solely on whether it is waterproof and long lasting. I most definitely do not want to look like a panda bear after being in a meeting. Unfortunately this eyeliner does not work for me. My eyes do water a bit more often during the day whilst at work as I stare at a PC screen all day. The other downfall for me is that when trying to apply, the retractable part of the eyeliner pen keeps moving.
