I think it will be accurate enough to say that this is my "Holy Grail" product since I use it EVERYDAY!! It was recommended to me by a makeup artist about 3 years ago, and I have since never looked at another eyeliner. Because I wear contact lenses, I struggled to find an eyeliner that wouldn't irritate my eyes, and smudge during the day. Revlon Colorstay is the only eyeliner I can use on my waterline without it irritating my eyes, and without being left with giant panda eyes during the day.Even though it's not a waterproof eyeliner you can still trust that it will not smudge or budge.
I have used the black and brown ones and both has never let me down.
