I’m a liquid eye liner junkie, so I just had to try out Revlon’s ColorStay Liquid Eye Pen in 02 Black. It’s an effective liquid liner. Not the best I’ve used, but sufficient for kicking up your makeup look.
Achieving a sultry cat liner look is easy with this product. The felt tip makes it easy to really get into the corners of your eyes and to get the perfect flick at the ends of your eyes. The only problem I had with the felt tip was that it was a bit hard and prickly on the sensitive skin around my eye area. Not the best feeling in the world.
Also, it wasn’t the blackest black that I expected it to be. I had to reapply the liner a few times to get that really dark and edgy winged eye. Reapplying so many times made the liner get dry very quickly which was quite annoying.
Other than that, this liquid liner does a satisfactory job. The liner dries quickly once it has been applied and it lasts fairly long.
