It's a subtle plum color yet pigmented enough, so all you need is one swipe of this. It's a matte blush so it's perfect for use during the day and to the office. It's a nicely textured blush so it makes it easy to blend. I didn't quite like the brush that came with the blush, it's not at all effective, so I use my own. This a matte powder blush, and looks like a mixture of pink and purple.. It is quite dark when applied, so a little/one stroke is required.. It is beautiful and rich in color, can't be worn with heavy eye make up or dramatic lips.. I’m glad, after much time and effort, that I’ve finally found the one for me – Revlon’s Powder Blush in 006 Naughty Nude. It has a soft, illuminating finish, and doesn’t look as if I’m wearing any makeup, which I absolutely love. Your skin is simply left with a beautiful glow with just the right amount of colour and shimmer. What I really like about this product is its nifty packaging. It comes with a little mirror inside and applicator brush, making this product perfect for applying and doing touch-ups on the go. Usually what I find with products that have applicators inside is that the applicators are of a bad quality, and tend to be rough on the skin. It’s such a breath of fresh air to know that the applicator brush that came with this product wasn’t one of those. It has the softest bristles I’ve ever felt, and especially I like the fact that the bristles didn’t fall out all over my face. The only problem was that the applicator didn’t pick up as much of the product as I wanted it to, so it did get a bit messy with application. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a fresh pick me up for their complexion. They never fail to make your face look fresh and alive. The nice thing about this product is that it is completely matte and looks more subtle. You can however build it up for a more intense colour. This would probably work best on fair skin because you would need something more bright to show up on darker skins. Despite being called a blush it looks more like a very subtle bronzer. It has a very beige tint without any orange in it. Its great for those days when some other feature of your face like lips or cheeks is overpowering and you don't want to add any more colour to your face. This blush just makes your face look balanced without blushing. I hope this makes sense :-) Just as promised it looks totally matte. The powder is not the softest so you need to dig in with a brush to get any product on it. The packaging is quite bulky but the amount of the blush is not huge. There is a button next to the pan that makes the mirror pop out. It is a cool design but I still find the mirrow too small to use. It comes with a natural bristle brush. It is actually very soft - I even use it for eyeshadow sometimes, but it is too small to be used on cheeks in my opinion and it really sheds badly when you wash it. Overall the product is useful but definitely paid too much for it. I would have been happy to have bought it at the sale price as that would have been more fair to the quality.
