When this landed on my desk a while ago, I was a little skeptical to try it - not much of a fan of shimmery nail polishes, but I was pleasantly surprised by it. It is a pink-tinted matte top coat with fine pink and blue micro shimmer. This top coat is definitely pink/lavender, and any color you put it over will appear pinker. It has flecks of glittery-ness, but the matte effect really calms it down and it ends up looking pearly and sophisticated. Now, because this top coat is pink-tinted it will change the color of a dark nail colour. I'd suggest this top coat be kept to mauves, nudes, and pastel pinks.
