I always test out new products over a number of days to make sure I like the product, but the Rimmel London Super Curler mascara impressed me from the first time I used it. The brush makes application very easy. A large brush, with long bristles and a shape that easily matches the curve on your eye, it is no wonder it coats all my long gorgeous lashes from base to tip and it even catches the shorter lashes at the corners. The formula is also great – very dark black and its adds both volume and length to my already long lashes. The lift and curl it gives was also pretty impressive. Obviously by the name you know that the mascara is all about the curl and boasts a revolutionary mascara plus lash curler formulation. I have non-existing eyelashes and when I saw what the brush can do I fell in love. It makes it really easy to extend and push up the lashes. The mascara lasts all day and even though by the end of the night my lashes were not as volumized as when I applied the mascara, they were definitely still super curled and fabulous. The packaging is absolutely adorable – purple and gold always go well together, so yay to Rimmel for that. The only thing that would have knocked it out of the park for me is if it was waterproof.
