On the first application this foundation applies sheer. On the second pump skin seems to have a medium coverage. I guess the fact its sheer supports the purpose of the Rimmel Protect Fix and Protect SPF 20 makeup primer with its shimmery formula. While it is super moisturizing, it dries to a matte finish. This is great as slick, oily skin will be kept in check. I love the price and the fact that it also packs an SPF of 18.
