It is exactly that. I only needed to apply one coat to get the effect that I personally like. The formula is not too wet so it dried quite quickly. The bristle is bigger in comparison to my eye, but this was not an issue. My lashes curled exactly like I needed and my eyes had a bit of a dramatic effect from the volume it added. I made the mistake of going to bed with it on. The next morning I had an issue getting it off with normal make-up removing wipes and I had to whip out the good ol’ coconut oil to remove it.
