That said, I was quite impressed with this Perfecting Toner from RO?. The 200ml blue-tinted bottle has a no-mess no-fuss application, which minimises wastage! I am obsessed with the fragrance of the toner! It’s so divine, fruity and fizzy almost... reminds me of a lollypop! YUM! After the first use, I found my skin feeling soft and supple and definitely refreshed (excellent to use in dry/winter environments). I did find that my skin felt a bit sticky after a while.
