This make-up remover is a milk with light texture. It effectively removed my make up even my 'never say die' waterproof mascara and eyeliner! Left my skin feeling refreshed - and not a trace of make-up left to clog my pores. The fragrance was subtle but fresh. It didn't irritate my eyes (even after getting real close to nab the eyeliner). My skin was left feeling soft and clean. No need to apply moisturizer afterwards - as this was absolutely 3-in-1!
