Makes the nails looks prettier. I do housework will wearing this nail polish and for 2 weeks it had no chips. It looked like a gel finish, shiny, however next time I want to apply a top coat. It lasted for a whole week without any chipping and I washed dishes,did washing and I'm impressed that it lasted that long. I want to try out the other colors as well. I love love love the maxi brush all the Rimmel polishes come with. I have super small hands so my little finger gets painted in just one easy stroke. My latest purchase is the Salon Pro with Lycra in britpop from the Kate Moss collection. The colour is a vibrant blue, after 2 coats the polish is opaque. Your nails are left with a beautiful gel shine. With love and care the colour lasts up to 10 days (even longer on my toe nails) so if you are going to do the dishes and use cleaning chemicals, put on gloves to protect your lovely colour from chipping or peeling.
