Unlike with other brands of razors I don't have to go over the same area multiple times. Twice is enough. The first go with the direction of the hair cuts the hair short and the second one in the opposite direction serves to give me the close shave I want. Because of not having to go over three to give times I don't get razor burn. Personally I prefer disposable blades to ones that you just replace the blade itself.
