I love this conditioning spray! It is a bit pricey but a few sprays are all you need and a bottle has lasted me about 6 months (although my hair is about shoulder length).
My hair is naturally very thick and frizzy and I blow dry/straighten my hair with every wash...this product has been a life saver in keeping the damage to a minimum as well as prevent a lot of split ends which is great for when you want to grow out your hair. I use this in addition to my regular conditioner yet it doesn't feel like it weighs my hair down.
