I have tried every brand before and none was as satisfying as the Shwarzkopf Deluxe Palette. It did not damage my hair in any way. I totally loved using it. What I also loved was that the smell wasn't strong and it did not burn my eyes, like other boxed dyes I previously used. I absolutely love and have already bought myself a few different colours. The only thing about this product is that you have to buy up to two to maybe even three boxes depending in the volume of your hair as well as the way in which you apply the dye, but besides that it does exactly what is says it does. This product was easy to apply, instructions were very clear about using the bottle provided. What I loved was that It doesn't smell strong and burn your eyes, like other boxed dyes i previously used. I used it over pre lightened hair that may not have been lightened enough, so I wasn't expecting platinum blonde. My hair turned out just as I expected, beautiful and lightwithout any orange or yellow tones. However, don't use this on dark hair and expect a miracle! I loved the moisturising mask, it smells amazing and really added some brilliant shine. A week later and my hair isn't feeling dry and brittle, nor has it begun to turn brassy - WIN!
