I don't think it's the best I've ever used, but it is effective. My burnt skin felt immediately cooler and it helped that I kept mine in the fridge - this is a MUST for Summer as the fluid tends to become running when it's hot. It has a gorgeous smell, and little pearls that pop when you spread them on your skin (quite funky!) As I bought mine a long time ago, I don't remember the price, but it was fairly reasonable if I recall correctly.
