The rose tint is quite nice, I find the pearl a bit too silvery. I would have preferred if the tints were less shimmery, I think that would have been much nicer without the silver look. It glides on very smoothly and you don’t need to apply much for your lips to feel soft as it is very moisturising. They both smell so good, and give a slight tingle. I would definitely recommend this product, especially for summer. It also works as a great base for gloss as it gives a smooth surface and a tint too. It’s also a perfect size to fit into tiny bags or tiny pockets.

This little tube will last me about 2 weeks and you pay a lot for it - its not really anything special. Its smells lovely, but you need to carry it around the whole day and re-apply every half hour or your lips will dry out.

Plus points: Smells nice, not sticky, and always great new flavors - the chai one smells great. But i will rather not waist my money on it - there is much more effective products for much less on the market.

They are amazing lip balms that have this wonderful tingle on your lips straight after application. This product, the tinted Rose version, is not what it seemed.

I expected the same soothing feeling, easing my chapped lips and making them feel as smooth and soft. This tinted lip conditioner is more of a light lipstick than a balm. I find it a far cry from the quickly absorbed yet long lasting lip balms in the Softlips range. This product, once applied, sits on the lips and gradually gathers in the tiny creases forming this pearl coloured gunge reminiscent of cheap lipstick applied too thick. I find myself constantly wiping it off and reapplying to maintain a decent uniform lip colour.

This lip conditioner does however have the same lovely tingle that all Softlips have which leave you feeling fresh. The scent is not bad and the hue of the Rose tint is pretty standard.

All in all, I will not buy this product again. the other regular Softlips products are far superior. If you are looking for a lip stick/balm blend I'm sure there are better ones out there.
