This was on special so it was a no-brainer. The scent of this shampoo is sweet and slightly fruity. It lathers up nicely and leaves your hair feeling clean and soft. My hair was left with an extra shine and soft feel. It claims to minimize dryness, oiliness, and dandruff. My hair isn't any less oily but I have seen an improvement on the dry scalp/product build-up I sometimes get. With regards to helping with hair loss I'm not sure. I have been using it for almost two months and I've seen a slight improvement in my shedding. It hasn't 'healed' my hair loss, but I didn't really expect it to. What I do like is that it doesn't cause "dread shed" like a lot of hair loss products do. My hair definitely feels thicker than usual. I haven't seen any improvement in my gray hair. (I have a few) so I wouldn't purchase this for that reason alone. However I will keep using this till I finish it.
