The difference in my hair is amazing! my hair isnt damaged, but, i am religious with dyeing it blonde every 6 weeks. this shampoo leaves my hair soft, shiny and non frizzy! it has a soft yet pleasant smell and lathers really nicely. Cleanses and nourishes and didnt irritate my scalp. love love love
