It made my lips feel hydrated for a few minutes and that was it, it didn't stay that long,especially with it being winter I need my lips to feel hydrated all the time otherwise they crack up and that not pretty. This however did not work well for me! It seemed to bleed all over my lipliner giving my face the appearance that i had eaten something oily! I finally decided to simply use it after a matte lipstick only in the centre to counteract this! The rollerball has a cooling effect on the lips as you apply the lip roll-on. I used this roll-on most at night and I woke up to well-conditioned lips. It leave the lips with a high shine.
