Although it’s not designed specifically for waterproof eye makeup, this is still a con as the majority of people wear waterproof mascara. • The cap, although designed to minimize wastage, tends to leak and broke off in a matter of weeks. Now, I am unable to transport the bottle with me. It takes waterproof cream eyeshadow and eyeliner but to take waterproof mascara you will have to really soak the cotton rounds and leave it longer on your lashes. anyway,this is not design to take off waterproof makeup so I will not take away a star because of it.
