I use it with slightly firmer pressure on my saddle bags to combat cellulite combined with my chocomania body scrub.i use it wet in circular movements on my tummy and with slightly less pressure. It gives me great exfoliation on my back n neck areas in shower. There are times when my skin feels quite tender after using this brush.
