I'm not really sure if this product should be classified as a toner or a moisturiser even though it is used after cleansing and before moisturising. It prepares the skin for the moisturising products.
It doesn't have a strong fragrance and is quite thick in consistency and I would recommend using a cotton pad to apply. It does moisturise the skin quite effectively and moisturising face creams do apply smoothly after using.
This whole Vitamin E range has been heaven for me this winter as it really combated my dry flaky skin. Will definitely become a staple for my winter skincare routine.
